How Do You Become A Hospice Hawaii Volunteer?

• Contact Hospice Hawaii for information about our volunteer opportunities and receive a confidential application form.
• After we receive your completed application, we will contact you for a personal interview and orientation to Hospice Hawaii.

• Following the interview, you can identify which opportunities you feel would best suit your talents and interest.
• Hospice Hawaii provides a free comprehensive training for all patient companion volunteers. Other volunteer trainings depend on the volunteer role selected.
• Upon completion of training, you and an appropriate staff member will meet to discuss assignment and commitment as a volunteer at Hospice Hawaii.
