As a flexible and dynamic healthcare provider in the State of Hawaii, Hospice Hawaii is always looking to add the best professionals to our team. Hospice Hawaii provides both home-based care, involving traveling to the patient’s home. We also operate a five-bed hospice unit in Kailua, staffed 24 hours per day with RNs or LPNs and CNAs.
We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
RN Case Managers
Full time RNs needed to provide quality nursing care to our patients. Must have at least 3 years of hospice or home health experience to care for our patients and families. Must have current State of Hawaii RN license.
Skilled, confident RNs needed to meet with, assess & admit patients/families to our service. Provides support/education to community health care providers on the benefits of hospice care. Must have active HI RN license and 2 years experience in acute setting, hospice/home care and sales experience preferred.
Nurse Manager, Patient Care
Coordinates the activities of a multi-disciplined team to achieve the highest quality patient and family care outcomes. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day delivery of patient care services and promotes the emergence of a trans-disciplinary care model, utilizing principles of hospice and palliative patient centered care. Provides leadership and coaching to the staff to achieve excellence in all aspects of their practice, job responsibilities and customer service. Must have current State of Hawaii RN license, at least 3 years hospice experience and 3 – 5 years management experience.
All positions req. ability to travel throughout Oahu. Must have valid driver’s lic & use of own car w/valid ins/registration/safety req.

LPNs, Kailua Home (per diem)
Experienced LPNs needed to cover shifts at our 5 bed, Kailua Home. On call, 12 hour (7 am through 7 pm or 7 pm through 7 am) shifts. Must have at least 2 years in acute care, hospice experience helpful. Must have current State of Hawaii LPN License.
