As a flexible and dynamic health care provider in the state of Hawaii, Hospice Hawaii is always looking to add the best professionals to our team. Hospice Hawaii provides both home-based care, involving traveling to the patient's and their family's homes. We also operate a 5-bed hospice residential unit, staffed 24 hours per day with LPNs and CNAs.

We often have per-diem positions open. We accept applications from the following professionals at all times:

• Registered Nurse
• Social Worker (MSW, Licensed preferred)
• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Certified Nurses Aide or Home Health Aide
